This energy coaching service was created in response to requests from my clients.
Human nature is complex, and healing often requires attention on multiple levels. While I have a set of core methods that I use, sometimes an additional technique or complementary approach can be beneficial to fully address a person's needs.
With this in mind, I began to explore how I could offer something more holistic. Through my own experiences and feedback from clients, I refined this particular session, and with your consent, it has evolved into something truly special.
The "Session of All Possibilities" combines all the techniques I've been trained in, along with my intuitive gifts and connection to the subtle realms. This session is a unique blend of structured methods and intuitive guidance, channeling insights from the invisible worlds.
I serve as a conduit for messages—primarily coming through you, but also through me if I'm guided to do so. These messages may come from your guides, teams of Light, or ancestral lineages. The aim is to provide you with clarity, healing, comfort, and guidance—helping you understand, release, and find reassurance in your path.
In this session, I accompany you on a journey that takes you beyond the present moment to reconnect with your truest self. As we listen to your inner voice, you'll also experience a deep energetic rebalancing, the soothing of past memories, and the healing of emotional wounds that may have been buried over time.
How it works
Each session is unique because it is tailored to you and flows with your initial intention.
Throughout the session, we engage in an ongoing dialogue to deepen your understanding and awareness. This process is gentle yet insightful, guiding you toward what serves your highest good. This is the kind of holistic treatment most often requested today, as it's both profound and comprehensive.
There is no fixed sense of time during the session, but on average, it lasts around 2.5 hours. Afterward, I may offer personalized guidance, rituals, and suggestions, such as Bach flower remedies or crystal therapy, inspired by the work we've done together.
This treatment is introduced at the end of the pre-session discussion, along with all the other options available. I always make it clear that none of my treatments are mandatory—you're in control every step of the way. The choice is always yours.

Sophrology
Sophrology is a brief therapeutic approach that blends Western and Eastern techniques, including relaxation, hypnosis, psychoanalysis, yoga, Zen, phenomenology, neurophysiology, and psychology.
It was developed by neuropsychiatrist Alfonso Caycedo, who explored various fields of research focused on altered states of consciousness. From this, he created a simple, accessible, and flexible mind-body method: sophrology.
The goal of sophrology is to empower individuals to take an active and autonomous role in managing their daily challenges. This is achieved through dynamic relaxation exercises and positive visualizations that help cultivate a sense of balance and well-being.
The approach is tailored to each person, following a personalized protocol that typically involves between 6 and 12 sessions per issue.
Sophrology can be particularly helpful for:
- Boosting self-confidence and improving self-esteem
- Managing conflicts and relationship dynamics
- Overcoming insomnia and other sleep disorders

How does the follow-up work?
After an initial in-depth consultation with the sophrologist, you will be guided through the method with targeted exercises and basic visualization techniques.
Following this first session, you'll need to commit to completing the full protocol, which typically consists of 6 to 12 sessions. This is essential for seeing lasting results. The goal is for you to become self-sufficient in managing your challenge, and to achieve this, you need to be fully engaged from beginning to end.
You are the key player in your own well-being. To make progress, you'll need to practice the exercises at home, between sessions, for just a few minutes each day. It's through this regular practice that the changes take root and become part of you.
The sophrologist will create a personalized plan tailored to your unique situation, ensuring that the approach is as relevant and effective as possible.
Each session includes a check-in to assess your progress, new exercises and visualizations to explore, and a conversation to offer guidance. Sessions typically last between 1 to 1.5 hours.
For the best results, it's recommended that sessions be spaced no more than 10 days apart.
This method is simple and accessible, helping you tap into your inner resources so you can initiate the changes necessary to not only manage but transcend the challenges you face.
EFT - Emotional Freedom Technic
EFT is a powerful tool for personal transformation that helps you release negative emotions. It's a mind-body method that uses tapping on specific points along the body's emotional meridians, paired with key phrases, to bring emotional balance and healing.
The origins of EFT trace back to the work of Dr. Roger Callahan, a cognitive psychologist and hypnotherapist who specialized in phobias. His research led him to explore the connection between meridians and emotions, discovering how emotional blockages could contribute to unresolved fears and anxieties. Dr. Callahan's work was expanded upon by his student, Daniel Craig, who integrated concepts from epigenetics and quantum physics, creating an even more refined method.
Craig's research showed that when we experience strong negative emotions, such as fear or anger, but hold back from expressing them (e.g., "don't cry" or "don't be angry"), this resistance causes an energy blockage in the meridians. To release this blockage—and the powerful emotion connected to it—tapping on key meridian points can help energy flow freely again.
During an EFT session, the tapping is combined with specific phrases that help to reprogram the brain, sending calming, reassuring messages. This process helps to break the "fight or flight" response triggered by intense emotions and restores a sense of emotional balance.
As the tapping progresses and you repeat the key phrases, the emotional charge linked to a specific event gradually shifts. What started as a strong, reactive emotion becomes a neutral or calm response, helping to clear the negative emotional impact.

By tapping into the body's energy system, EFT offers a unique and accessible way to process and release the emotional blocks that prevent you from living a peaceful, empowered life.

How does the follow-up work?
After an initial conversation to understand and pinpoint the issue, you'll be asked to rate the intensity of the problem on a scale of 1 to 10. With my guidance, we'll then proceed to tap on the 13 key meridian points, one by one, while you repeat the phrases I suggest.
We will do this together, face-to-face, in front of a mirror, repeating the process as many times as needed to fully address the issue.
Each session typically lasts between 1 and 1.5 hours. The number of follow-up sessions required will depend on the intensity of the issue you're working through.
For less complex cases, one session may be enough to trigger significant change.
However, for more deeply rooted traumatic experiences (such as abuse, accidents, or severe emotional shock), several sessions may be needed.
There are no strict rules regarding the duration of the process, as the focus is on progressing at the pace that feels right for your personal healing and the energy blockages we are addressing. The goal is to release these blockages, and the timing will naturally align with that process.
Access Bars
Access Bars is a transformative set of tools and processes aimed at expanding consciousness and opening new possibilities for the recipient.
The essence of this method is to help you become fully aware and present in every area of your life, enabling you to awaken to more choices, freedom, and opportunities.
The process involves activating 32 energy points on the skull, known as the Bars. These points correspond to different aspects of daily life, such as money, relationships, creativity, health, and more.
By gently touching these Bars, the flow of energy is restored, clearing away the blocks and limitations created by upbringing, societal norms, and ingrained patterns of thought and behavior.
The result is the release of limiting beliefs and an opening up to the full range of possibilities that life has to offer, allowing you to step into your true potential and make empowered choices.

How does a session work?
During an Access Bars session, you lie down comfortably, fully dressed, on a massage table.
The practitioner will then gently activate the 32 energy points (Bars) on your skull, while you remain relaxed and present.
The session lasts about 1 hour, and your role is simply to relax and enjoy the experience as the energy flows.
The effects of an Access Bars session can last for up to 3 weeks. During this time, you may notice shifts in various areas of your life, allowing you to observe where changes have begun to unfold and new possibilities are emerging.
LaHoChi
LaHoChi is a hands-on energy healing technique that works by channeling light and life force energy to restore balance and promote healing.
The name "LaHoChi" is derived from three words:
- "La" meaning light,
- "Ho" representing the movement of energy,
- "Chi" symbolizing life force.
In a LaHoChi session, the practitioner calls upon and channels this healing energy by placing their hands on five key points of the body: the head, shoulders, torso, groin, and heart. Through these points, the right energy is diffused, helping to restore harmony and balance across the various energy bodies.
LaHoChi works on several levels, including:
- Facilitating emotional releases
- Inducing deep relaxation
- Repairing energy, mental, and physical imbalances
- Realigning the body's structure
- Releasing blockages in the 21 energy centers and meridians
This gentle yet powerful technique helps to clear energetic blockages and restore the body's natural flow of energy, promoting overall well-being.

How does a session work?
During a LaHoChi session, you lie fully clothed on a comfortable massage table.
For the duration of the hour, you enter a relaxed, altered state of consciousness, allowing you to fully let go and absorb the healing energy.
As the session unfolds, the practitioner moves around you, gently placing their hands on the five key energy points: the head, shoulders, torso, groin, and heart. This process helps to channel and balance the energy throughout your body.
The immediate effect of the session is a deep sense of well-being and relaxation. In the days that follow, the benefits continue to unfold, supporting your process of refocusing, self-affirmation, and helping to sustain the healing work done during the session.
Isis' Golden Healing Triangle
The Isis Golden Triangle Healing Care is a hands-on energy technique.
The energeticist calls up and channels the energy. By placing the hands on the body's 7 chakras (top of the skull, eyes, throat, heart, plexus, abdomen and pelvis), and using the breath, the gentle yet powerful energy of Isis acts on each individual to heal wounds linked to transgenerational memories and the sacred feminine.

How does a session work?
During an Isis Golden Triangle Healing session, you will lie fully clothed on a comfortable massage table.
The practitioner will move around the table, placing their hands gently over each of your seven chakras, working for about an hour to an hour and a half. If any blockages or areas of pain are detected, the practitioner may use their breath to help release the stagnant energy and restore balance.
Your role is simply to relax and stay present. You are encouraged to share any sensations or experiences you feel during the session, allowing you and the practitioner to co-guide the treatment and enhance the healing process. This collaboration helps ensure the energy flows smoothly and targets the areas most in need of healing.
Bach Flowers
Bach Flower Remedies
After emerging from confinement, I trained in Bach Flower Remedies, a holistic approach that draws on nature's wisdom to restore emotional balance.
Since ancient times, humanity has turned to plants for healing. In the early 20th century, Dr. Edward Bach, a physician, bacteriologist, and immunologist, revisited this tradition by studying flowers and their effects on emotional states. Dr. Bach, who was also a lecturer at the London College of Homeopathy, believed that the natural world held the answers to emotional imbalances and that certain flowers could help harmonize our inner emotional landscape.
His guiding principle was simple: "As long as soul, body, and spirit are in harmony, nothing can affect us."
According to Dr. Bach, our emotions are the key indicators of where we stand in terms of our inner balance. He developed a method of using flower essences to restore emotional harmony by selecting flowers that address specific emotional states. These flowers are harvested at the peak of their bloom, bathed in the energy of early morning sunlight, and then distilled in cognac to preserve their healing properties.
The 38 Bach Flower Remedies are carefully chosen to balance seven core emotional states that can cause disharmony in the mind and body. These include:
- Fear and insecurity
- Doubts and uncertainties
- Lack of interest in the present
- Loneliness
- Hypersensitivity
- Discouragement and despair
- Excessive concern for others

At the end of our session, I may recommend specific Bach Flower Elixirs to support you during your emotional journey. These remedies will help soothe and stabilize the emotional states we've worked on, allowing you to maintain balance as you move forward.
