My Formations

Sophrology

Sophrology is a brief, mind-body therapy technique. It enables the client to move from awareness to discovery of his or her ability to manage and overcome problems, by re-mobilizing personal resources.

EFT (Emotional Freedom Technic)

This is also a body-psychological method that combines key phrases with the tapping of 13 meridians. It acts on traumatic emotional states, preventing us from finding serenity in our daily lives. It is based on research showing that any emotional shock generates a block in the natural circulation between the meridians. Thanks to digipuncture and the associated phrases, this blockage is released.

Access Bars

This technique activates 32 energy bars located on the skull and corresponding to areas of everyday life. It unlocks all the limiting thoughts accumulated over time, through our upbringing, expectations corresponding to social norms, judgments, limiting a priori.... In this way, you can rediscover your full potential to be yourself and shine.

Isis' Golden Triangle Healing System

This is also an energetic technique based on the application of hands and breath. It helps to pacify old memories and traumas, repair the wounded feminine by working on the chakras, and rebalance the energy centers.

Lahochi

This is an energetic technique involving the application of the hands to 6 key points. Similar to Reiki, this technique re-establishes balance and a free flow of energy, leading to emotional release and deep relaxation.

Fleurs de Bach

After leaving confinement, I trained in Bach Flower Remedies. Flower essences have a deep, subtle effect, helping to harmonize psychic and energetic balance, to overcome discouragement, sadness, stress and lack of confidence, and to regain emotional equilibrium. At the end of the session, I can recommend elixirs to accompany your emotional states, to help soothe them.

What is an energy therapist?

For some, the concept of an energy therapist may seem irrational, magical, or even associated with charlatanism. After all, terms like "being a channel" or simply "energy" can be difficult to grasp with the rational mind.

Energy therapies are not medically recognized in the traditional sense, nor do they claim to replace medical treatment. However, they offer an alternative approach to well-being that focuses on the subtle energy systems of the body, which many believe influence physical, emotional, and mental health.

You may already be familiar with some of these techniques, which have gained popularity in recent years. Practices such as acupuncture, shiatsu, acupressure, kinesiology, reiki, and magnetism are among the most widely known. These methods all work with the flow of energy in the body, aiming to restore balance, promote healing, and support overall wellness.

While energy therapies may seem unconventional, they are based on the idea that the body has an innate ability to heal itself when its energy is in balance. Energy therapists aim to help facilitate this process by channeling or directing energy in ways that support the body's natural healing abilities.

In a nutshell, these techniques aim to restore the flow and balance of the energies that circulate through us, helping to maintain both our physical and emotional well-being. Many of these methods, such as acupuncture, have been recognized and practiced in various cultures for thousands of years, and their effectiveness is widely accepted. Others are more recent, blending ancient wisdom with modern scientific research.

Personally, I am trained in LaHoChi, the Golden Triangle Healing of Isis, and Blessed Success of Ganesh. These modalities, along with EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) and Access Bars, all draw on a rich background of energy healing practices.

For the past three years, these therapies have been embraced by my clients and have become central to my practice. Their effectiveness speaks for itself.

Ultimately, the best way to know if these methods resonate with you is to experience them yourself. That's exactly what I did, and it has been a transformative journey. I invite you to give it a try and see how it works for you!

Nota Bene

All these techniques neither exclude nor replace medical treatment. Nonetheless, they enable us to work on ourselves, from awareness to liberation, bringing a greater sense of well-being to our daily lives.
