Women's Circle

Since ancient times, women in the same community have always had their periods at the same time. Often, these were set on the cycles of the moon. In many cultures around the planet, this time of menstruation placed them in a special status; far from being rejected as unclean, they embodied the feminine Mystery and the power of the Divine that allowed them to give life.

For this reason, they isolated themselves from the community during this time of moons, and men took over by carrying out their tasks. Thus, they were free to take a break exploring their femininity through sisterhood, exchanges, advice, kindness, mutual aid, sharing experiences... 

Nowadays, women's circles are reconstituting themselves in order to re-explore this aspect of the feminine. It is an opportunity for intergenerational and enriching, educational and enlightening connection. It is also a way to reconnect with one's spirituality, by exploring the archetypes of the Woman (young girl, wise mother).

Meeting women plays an important role in well-being and self-confidence; supported by the circle, each expresses themselves freely and all explore their relationship to their femininity, their power, their choice of life...

Entering a circle is questioning its place and legitimacy to be fully oneself, to regain its feminine power, in the feminine sweetness and masculine strength, both balanced. It is a space for oneself, a deep tool of reconnection to oneself, an invitation to recognize and respect one's rhythms, a pleasure and a strength to find oneself and affirm oneself, a return to oneself supported and valued by the members of the circle.

In the 5 circles I propose each year, we will address various themes that allow progress in reconnecting with oneself: finding oneself, reconnecting, strengthening one's roots, the power of intention, and projecting oneself.

5 days to withdraw from their obligations and give themselves the opportunity to settle down, meet up, take stock of where we are, what we want, or more than that, and regain freedom and serenity by regaining power over our lives, knowing where we are going.

The circles will include times of exchange, anchoring, connection through meditative journeys guided in a modified state of consciousness, and personal creations based on ancient or energetic rituals.
